Personal Information means any information that relates to or identifies you and/or your family members and/or your dependents and may include name, date of birth, MOBILE NO, email address, residential address, alternate telephone number, etc.

FOR Doctor/Medical store login we may collect the KMC CERTIFICATE, PAN CARD, DRUG LICENCE PHOTO COPY.

This could be done post login on our Platform using the credentials given by us, which will be shared with you by email, which is unique to you and you will be required to change the password at the time of first login.

Cancellation Policy

Doctor online or offline consultation /ECG Interpretation can be cancelled until the status of the booking the doctor consultation. Once the doctor schedule fixed, regarding product or service cannot be cancelled and no refund will be provided to the User.

Online or offline Doctor consultation and ECG Interpretation

NEFT: 2-7 Working Days

Online refund: 7-10 business days subject to the bank turnaround time and RBI Guidelines.

Other Wallets: 2 -7 Working Days.
